Ria Romano
Public Relations
Ria Romano is a branding consultant and public relations campaign manager. Ria has 20+ years of experience in PR, Marketing and Branding with 18 years of experience specifically in the addiction & recovery space as well as emerging technology sectors. She is the past Managing Editor of Counselor, The Magazine for Addiction Professionals as well as Medical, Marketing & Media Magazine. She has advised and managed the PR launch for dozens of tech startups since 2003 as the Founding Principal of RPR Public Relations, Inc. Kerry Donahue
Sales & Marketing
Kerry started working in sales in 2007 as a sales associate with Sober.com. She continued with the Sober Systems family until 2010. After leaving the addiction recovery industry, she was able to gain more experience within the sales and marketing field and to this day has 14 years of experience. Fast forward to today, she has come back to stay with the company as of 2021. She gets the opportunity to wear multiple hats with the company which includes production of our Sober Podcast, sales, and managing our social media marketing.
James Costello
Crypto Manager
James's colorful past has led him to self-educate about the growing field of finance and cryptocurrency. He is adept at understanding how the markets work and has astutely researched and designed our Sobercoin smart contract on the Binance Network.
Heather Oister
Coordinator of Educational Services
Heather is an experienced customer service rep. While initially in the auto industry, she has brought her talents and skills to the SoberVerse. Heather has worked with Dr. Jonas since 2014, and her primary responsibility is to work with our Recovery Coaches Program. Her fantastic work ethic and positive attitude have significantly impacted the Recovery Coach Program. In addition, she will manage RecoveryCoaches.com, the online school curriculum, and provide liaison services to the new, current, and former students.
Jason Eric Ross
Voice of the Soberverse
Jason Ross is a Licensed Psychotherapist in FL, NY, and GA. He specializes in parenting, trauma, addiction, and chronic mental health. Jason has appeared on numerous TV shows and podcasts and is the co-author of a Parenting book entitled "You Can Say NO and Your Child Will Still Love You."
